Ricardo Arrescurrenaga is a self-taught experimental electronic composer and artist researcher with 15+ years of experience, exploring the fields of nature, technology, and the concept of the immeasurable. His practice encompasses AV live performances, real-time/experimental compositions and sound art experiments to evoke an immersive sensorial experience, entering altered conscious states and connecting with a broader essence. With the use of his analog synths, midi controllers and a profound knowledge of Digital Audio Workstations (D.A.W.'s) like FL Studio and Bitwig, he constructed intricate midi patterns using scripting and complex macro routings to control his pieces in real-time. Since 2024 he has collaborated with Vicky Gómez (Cosmorfia) as part of Omina Studio, an audiovisual performance and new media art duo.
